Dave Gerrard
Dave is the Co-Founder of Livwell, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction and development industry. His career path has spanned roles as Site Labourer, Estimator, Site Superintendent, General Manager, and Vice President of Construction.
Dave’s leadership has been instrumental in advancing Livwell’s mission to deliver high-quality, efficiently built residential communities. By fostering innovative partnerships and integrating modular precast construction methods, he has helped streamline project delivery while maintaining rigorous standards for design and durability.
Christian Vattovaz
Christian is the Assistant Site Superintendent at Livwell, where he supports the management of daily operations on residential construction sites.
He is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, monitoring project timelines, enforcing health and safety protocols, and ensuring all work aligns with Livwell’s high standards of quality and compliance.
With a solid foundation in construction practices and a commitment to operational excellence, Christian plays a key role in the successful and timely delivery of projects.
Ladine Britz
Ladine is the Office Administrator at Livwell, where she ensures smooth day-to-day operations across the company.
With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to efficiency, she oversees administrative tasks, supports team coordination, and helps maintain a productive and organized workplace.
Her approachable nature and proactive mindset make her a valued and trusted member of the Livwell team.
